I purchased a home and had some work being done on it. During the renovations the contractor noticed a snake skin which had suddenly appeared (!). I thought perhaps it was from time gone past however, I was worried it might be recent. Days later I saw a snake coming up towards the house and realized I had to do something about it pronto because otherwise I would always wonder if I'd run into problems after I moved in! Saw the ad on Angie's List for wildlife pest removal for Spencer's and gave them a call to come out and investigate. They were very responsive and professional. Jon, one of their technicians, came out within a week of my first email claiming the 'deal' through Angie's List and we were on our way. Jon did a thorough inspection inside and outside of the house and made some recommendations not only for pest prevention/removal regarding the snake issue but also insects (mosquitoes, fire ants, spiders, etc.). I signed up for the services on the spot. Within 2 weeks I've had visits from 2 other technicians (Paul and Jonathan) who were also on time, well-prepared, responsive, and knowledgeable. They treated my house inside and out, set up traps, installed grates and seals to cover every last crack and crevice throughout the exterior of the home and also set up pest stations for protection. They've since followed up to ask how everything has gone and every call or email request I've sent has been answered quickly and professionally. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!!!
