Spencer Pest Services is a family owned company with old-fashioned values – we treat our employees like an extension of our own family. If you’re looking for a career change and want to join a team that is passionate about providing customer service and improving the community it serves, we hope you’ll consider us.

Bill Spencer started our company in 1954 and that legacy has continued through three generations. Bill’s daughter, Sheri Spencer Bachman, is leading the company today and her daughter, Laura Corbin, manages the operations, residential, and commercial accounts. Today, Spencer Pest Services is proud to be a Women Owned business.

In the beginning, Bill created a green pest control company before “green” was even a “thing”. He didn’t want to just spray chemicals in the general direction of pest problems, instead, he taught his team to find out where pests were entering the home, address the route of the problem, eliminate existing pests, and prevent them from returning.

Today, Sheri has taken customer service to the next level and ensures the team delivers on-time services with eco-friendly pest solutions safe for kids and pets.

Types of Careers

Careers at Spencer Pest Control include pest control technicians, sales consultants, customer care specialists, administrative roles, and more. So whether you’re looking to work in an office or like to travel from one place to the next – we’ve got a career path ideal for the way you work best!

Spencer Pest Services Mission Statement

In addition to wanting to have a positive impact on our family, customers, employees, and community – our company is dedicated to supporting the fight against cancer. Spencer Pest Services is WBENC Certified, a QualityPro organization, a GreenPro certified company, and an NPMA member for our work in our communities and fundraising efforts to fight cancer. Every time a new customer signs up for a new pest control service, our foundation, Pest Control for a Cure, will donate $50 to the cancer non-profit of the customer’s choice.
