I am a customer of Spencer Pest Services and have been very pleased with the service I have been given since I became a customer. From the customer service agents on the phone to our service guy, it has been nothing but enjoyable to work with your company. This is the first time we have used the mosquito control and have been very happy with it. Josh is our service guy and he is just the sweetest. Bless his heart my 3 year old was out there asking him all kinds of questions about his job and he was so kind to him. We have been very happy and I just wanted you to know that. Being in customer service myself, you don't always hear the good from people so I always try to make sure those doing a great job know they are doing so!

I just wanted to drop a short note to commend the young gentleman that came to our home for a rat problem we encounted after I brought my husband home from an extended stay in the hospital. The first technician placed the traps, however Sean would come three times a week to check the traps. After I kept telling him about a smell that was triggering my allergies and asthma, he went above and beyond the call to constantly check a small attic that is above our bedroom. Each week he would climb up and crawl around to ensure there was nothing there. The second time he did indeed find a dead rat under some insulation. After that he would climb up into this small area to ensure there was nothing else that needed to be removed. I cannot rave enough about Sean and appreciate his due dilgence in allowing this horrible situation to be a little be more bearable. I appreciate and applaud Spencer for hiring a such a dedicated and wonderful young man..We would definately recommend Spencer to others in our area...I hope they will have the same caring and dedicated technician as we did. Please commend Sean for us and for representing you company in such a professional manner.

I want to take this opportunity to say that you have a great employee named Paul Denniston, who helped me tremendously. I have always been afraid of pests, especially spiders and I have used your service for years at a couple of properties that I own but Paul is the BEST!!!! He helped me get over my fear of a spider that I saw and answered my numerous questions about all types of pests, especially spiders. He is patient, articulate and a true pleasure to have and he really made me feel secure about what to be ok with or when to be concerned about any pest. I would recommend Paul get any kudos that your company will offer as he is the best person that I have ever had and he let me know that none of my questions were to basic for him to answer and explain.

I am not sure when I tried this earlier whether I cleared the form or submitted it. Just wanted to make sure thatyou know what a great job Jason Doble has done with the last 2 visits. My lawn looks the best it has ever looked and Jason gets credit for most of it. He took time and care during the application process and was thourough as a result. I have grass where I have been told I would not have much due to too much shade, too much sun, not good soil. I am really pleased about his care and concern for my lawn. Still have the weeds, but at least I see that they are being sprayed as they are dying withing two weeks, rather than getting stronger and more prolific. We often take services for granted, rarely pausing to thank the service provider for a job well done. In the case of Paul Denniston, we would like to let you know how pleased we were with his recent service call. Paul went out of his way to solve our problem, searching for the source of the ants, both inside and outside the house. He located what he believes was the nest of the ants and their point of entry, which he sealed off.
Paul was personable and polite, accomplished his task in an efficient manner and promised a 10 day follow up on the problem. He even returned our trash can from the curb to the garage upon his exit.
As a retured senior manager with IBM I know first-hand the nature of service and that is HOW the service is performed is as an important a factor as the service itself. Service is a product and Paul Denniston's service was well performed.

We have been a customer of your lawn treatment program for probably two or three years. Our lawn has never looked healthier and greener. At the end of May or beginning of June of this year, some burn streaks appeared on our lawn shortly after a treatment was applied. The tech for our lawn as well as the manager for our area came to inspect our lawn, and could not determine what the cause was; nor could I explain what happened. Spencer Pest Control took full responsibility and babied the burnt areas until yesterday when a final inspection was done, and our lawn was declared healthy again. All of these treatments and inspections were at no cost to us. I would like the entire staff at Spencer to know how much my family and I appreciate their care and dedication to our lawn. Something was wrong and Spencer went out of its way to make it right. We are proud and happy to be customers of Spencer Pest Control and would not hesitate to recommend Spencer to our friends and family. Please feel free to share this letter with your customers, and prospective customers. I would like to take a few minutes to say "thank you" and to let you know wha wonderful employee's you have.
On saturday we had a very serious problem with ants..... our apartment management refused to do anyting until Monday... we were already getting bitten by fire ants. I called the mobile phone number about noon time on saturday and Jason called me back within the hour and assured me that either he or someone would be there that afternoon.
Gary showed up and treated our apartment and took the time to expain what we had and what was going on and let us know if anything else comes up they would me more than happy to come again.
Gary made us feel so at ease and not scared anymore for ourselves or our pet. Even though we were not a customer of your company, your staff made us feel as though our emergency was jsut as important to them and made s feel as though we had been customers of your for ever.
You can be assured that when we purchase a home in the future, your company will be the one that we call for our pest control contract. AGain thank you very much.

Jason always is professional and helpful. He looks for the source of the problem, not just treating the situation. Today he found a mess under my washer and dryer! Bugs had taken dog food and made a nest under there. When the vacuum was clogged, he even helped me clear it out!! He represents Spencer very well.

Dear Steve and "The Spencer Family",
I just wanted to take some time to express my satisfaction with the service I received during the time I have been with Spencer Pest Control. For years at my old house in West Melbourne I had a wonderful experience with Mike, my regular pest control employee, who was very friendly to both me and my two dogs. Mike is a very sociable yet professional and trustworthy employee, and I was sad when I moved beachside, and thus out of Mike's area. However, once we moved into our new house we met Keith, and right away felt very secure and trusting in him. He was very friendly and also very sociable and kind-hearted to me and my pets.
After living in the new house for 3 months, we were swindled into a deal with another company with whom we had an existing Termite bond with from the previous owner. I regretfully canceled with Spencer to go to this other company who promised better service among other things they were unable to live up to. The next 3 months turned into a constant battle against fleas on our pets, ant piles in our backyard, and spiders among other things, with the fleas being the worst. The fleas have gotten so bad that we had to retrace our steps to find out when it all started. We came to the conclusion that before we canceled Spencer's service we had very few if any problems with fleas.
As of today I have canceled service with the other company, and of course called upon the tried and true Spencer. I obviously regret making the switch to begin with, and wish I would have thought it over a little more at first, but I am very grateful to be a part of the Spencer family once again. Thank you again for your wonderful employees, the very nice ladies who take the phone calls, and your fast, reliable, trustworthy, and convenient service (the positive adjectives could go on and on).

I just wanted to let you know how thrilled we are that since you sprayed on Saturday, we've not had one mosquito bite. It's very hard to get out of the habit of constantly checking my ankles and arms for the little critters. But I'm finally relaxing. I've heard similar feedback from some neighbors I talked to. Let's just say that if things continue like this, you've got a customer for life.

Spencer Pest is absolutely the best because of your professional, dedicated employees like Keith Boland and Billy Rolison. Keith comes monthly to check our attic and bait traps. He approaches his work with such a confident, upbeat attitude, he's a pleasure to be around. This morning,though we were happily rat-free, he did find a 6 foot rat snake with rat trap attached in the attic! Minutes later Billy arrived and managed to extricate the snake from the trap without further injury to the snake - or harm to himself. At my request he released the snake in our yard.
