ABOUT SPENCER PEST SERVICES
When Bill Spencer founded Spencer Pest Control in 1977, he wanted to change the industry.
He wanted to take the “bug man” out of pest control. He put his emphasis on service, backed by the latest technology and scientific research. He contended that while insect and pest patterns would always remain the same, every structure had its own unique problems and required custom solutions: solutions that would be based on a multi-layered approach of different methodologies.
Bill immersed himself in research and new technologies. And as customers, both residential and commercial, embraced his customized approach, his methods became adopted throughout the business. He even patented his own product. The FlySentry® system is sold throughout the world.
Spencer is still a family owned business. In 2005, daughter Sheri Spencer took over operations of the company. Sheri Spencer grew up as a student of the industry and ran the Florida operations since 1990. As owner, she embraces the new ideas and latest advances in environmentally friendly technologies that are being created around the world and adds that "female touch" to how our services are performed.

Nobody knows better than Sheri Spencer that this is a service-focused company. As someone who’s been a working parent and head of a household, she understands how harried people’s schedules can be. When you make an appointment with Spencer, her team knows that being prompt and respectful of your time and structure is an absolute mandate.
So she hires people who conduct themselves professionally and who treat you with respect and your structure with care. And if a Spencer service professional is ever 30 minutes late for a scheduled appointment without notification, the corresponding service call is free.

"We're on time or the job's on us! - if our service professional is more than 30 minutes late for any scheduled appointment to treat the interior of your home, your service is FREE!
In order to receive this on-time guarantee,
• You must notify our office within 60 minutes of your appointment time and your service is FREE!
• If the service professional notifies the customer during the 30 minute time period informing them of their tardiness, no FREE service is given
• Acts of God such as hurricanes, tornadoes, flooding, snow, ice storms -anything that will prevent us from arriving at the home, also excludes a FREE service.
• Courtesy inspections are already free, and therefore do not fall under the guarantee.
